Are Children Allowed?

The purpose of the retreat is to allow you to have time away from life's everyday distractions and improve your relationship with Jesus Christ.  Please leave the infants and children home.

Is there wheelchair access?

Yes! The Grand Hotel is pleased to accomodate persons with disablities.

What times are the retreats?

The retreats start at 1:00 p.m. on the first day and ends by 2:30 on the second day.

What is the cost of the retreat?

The cost for the fall Retreat is $155 per person, based on and limited to 4 women sharing a room.  $175 per person based on 2 or 3 in one room.  This includes entrance to the retreat sessions, your overnight stay at the Grand Hotel, baggage handling, ferry transportation to and from the island, dinner on the first day, and breakfast and lunch the second day.  Note that transportation from the ferry docks to the hotel is a nominal extra fee, or you may choose to walk to the hotel and take in all the sights and sounds of the island.

Can I get a preferred room?

Specific room requests cannot be accepted, however, please inform us if you have a special need.

What if I forgot to register with my friends?

Once your room has been confrmed, no additional registrations will be accepted for that room. Your friends may register separately for the retreat until capacity attendance has been reached. 

What if I misplaced my ferry letter?

Lost ferry letters are your responsibility to replace.  Ferry tickets are available for purchase at the regular rate at the Arnold Line Dock. In the event your letter is lost, contact Win-Some Women at www.win-somewomen.org ten days prior to the retreat for replacement.

Can I pre-register/register early?

Sorry, no.  We do not accept registrations before the registration form has been made available to everyone.  Registration information will be available approximately March 10th for the May retreat, and approximately August 10th for the October Retreat.  You may register on-line or PDF forms are available for printing on the registration page of the Win-Some Women web site after that time.

Is on-line registration available?

YES! The good news is, now for the first time you will be able to register on line.  Registration begins approximately March 10th for the spring retreat, and August 10th for the fall retreat.
