Cost of the retreat

The cost for the Spring 2010 1 night retreat is $158.00 per person, based on and limited to 4 women sharing a room.  $178.00 per person based on 2 or 3 in one room.  A single registrant will be charged $178.00 and placed in a room with another single registrant.  This price includes the following: retreat registration fee, round trip Arnold Line Ferry ticket, accommodations, and dinner on day of arrival, breakfast and lunch on day of departure, all taxes, gratuities, and baggage handling fees.  Note: transportation from the ferry docks to the hotel by, horse drawn taxi, is a nominal extra fee, or you may choose to walk to Grand Hotel and take in all the sights and sounds of Mackinac Island.

Registration

Online registration

Registration is ONLINE ONLY and begins approximately March 8th for the spring retreats, and approximately August 8th for the fall retreats.

Pre-register/register early

We do not accept early registrations.

Cancellation

Grand Hotel’s policy for cancellation: full payment will be refunded with cancellation given at least 10 days prior to scheduled arrival.   The Win-Some Women registration fee, which includes the Arnold Line Ferry ticket, is transferable but not refundable.

Preferred rooms

Specific room requests cannot be accepted, however, please inform us if you have a special need.

Forgot to register with friends

Once your room has been confirmed, no additional registrations will be accepted for that room. Your friends may register separately for the retreat until capacity attendance has been reached.

Register without a roommate

You may register without a roommate.  However, a single registrant will be placed in a room with another single registrant. 

Mailing list

Your name and address is on the Win-Some Women mailing list if you have attended a retreat within the last three years.  To be added to the mailing list, or if your address has changed, please go to our "Contact Us " page and send your information.

Children

The purpose of the retreat is to allow you to have time away from life's everyday distractions and experience the blessing, and peace of our Lord Jesus Christ.  Please do not bring nursing infants or children under the age of sixteen to the retreat.

Misplaced ferry letter

Lost ferry letters are your responsibility to replace.  Ferry tickets are available for purchase at the regular rate at the Arnold Line Ferry Dock. In the event your letter is lost, contact Win-Some Women at www.win-somewomen.org ten days prior to the retreat for replacement.

Grand Hotel is pleased to accommodate persons with disabilities.

Recordings

Professional audio recording is provided by Audio Foundry, LLC.  CD's of the sessions may ONLY be purchased during the retreats at Grand Hotel.  Some speakers may not be recorded because of copyrights.
